Since an early age, I've always felt at home connecting with people one-on-one and whole-heartedly enjoy asking people questions to better understand who they are and what makes them tick. This theme has underpinned my education, my previous career in consumer insights and now as a coach.
My approach is warm and empathetic, yet I will challenge you to explore new ways of thinking, dig deep to identify what's been holding you back, and step outside your comfort zone to make actual change.
